How to Register Your Student Organization (2009-2010) |

Welcome!
The staff at SOAR looks forward to meeting with you and helping to get your organization started for the 2009-2010 year. We have lots of new information coming soon. Once your organization is registered you can access facilities, resources, funding, and advising services.

Deadline
Turn in an Application for Annual Registration to SOAR by December 10.
New Organizations:
- Complete an Application for Annual Registration and turn in to SOAR. (Pick up at the SOAR office)
- Have all Authorized Representatives do the online orientation.
- Draft a Constitution (see guidelines).
- Have your Constitution approved by your SOAR advisor.
- New! Choose a Path stop by SOAR for more information
Continuing Organizations (must re-register each year):
- Complete an Application for Annual Registration and turn in to SOAR. (Pick up at the SOAR office)
- Have all Authorized Representatives do the *online orientation.
- Check if your Constitution on file is approved.
- New! Choose a Path stop by SOAR for more information
Continuing Organizations with at least 1 returning Authorized Representative may begin doing financial transactions, tabling, and meetings as soon as a completed Application is turned in to SOAR.
